Overview
There is no membership, basket or online payment. Information is collected from you only when you complete the contact form. Orders are arranged on WhatsApp and those conversations are subject to WhatsApp’s own privacy terms.
What data do we collect?
- Contact form: Name, phone number, optional email and your message. Used only to reply to you.
- Order form: The mini order form on product pages does not send data to the server. Your entries are converted into a WhatsApp message in your browser only; nothing is transmitted until you choose to send it.
- Server logs: The hosting provider may keep standard access logs, such as IP address, date and requested page, for security and troubleshooting.
Cookies
The website only uses cookies needed to operate. A session cookie is created for contact-form security; it expires at the end of the session and is not used for advertising or tracking.
Analytics and advertising tracking tools are currently not installed on this site. This section will be updated if that changes.
Third-party services
- WhatsApp: Orders and communication take place on WhatsApp. These conversations are subject to WhatsApp’s own privacy policy.
- Google Fonts: Fonts load from Google servers, which may see your browser’s IP address during the request.
Data security
Forms use a CSRF token and bot filtering. Submitted data is escaped before display. Even so, we do not claim that any internet transfer is 100% secure.

This policy is updated when needed. The latest version is always published on this page, with an updated date at the top.
