We’ve gathered common questions about ordering, delivery, shipping and storage. If you can’t find what you need, message us on WhatsApp. If we don’t know, we’ll find out and reply rather than guess.
Order
Orders are taken directly on WhatsApp. There is no online payment, basket or membership. Complete the product-page form and click the button to prepare a message with your quantity, area and date. You choose when to send it; we then reply with availability and price.
Prices vary with quantity, recipe and delivery method, so we don’t publish a fixed price list. Message us on WhatsApp for the current price. Preparation never starts without your approval.
Food is prepared to order, not from stock. Send the product, quantity and date on WhatsApp and we’ll confirm availability. Please discuss group orders and special occasions as early as possible.
Common portions are listed on the product pages. Ask about smaller or intermediate quantities; we may be flexible depending on our schedule.
Our food
Raw kibbeh can be stored longer in the freezer; fried kibbeh should be refrigerated and eaten within a few days. Keep vine leaves in olive oil in a closed container in the fridge; freezing is not recommended. We also explain product-specific storage instructions at delivery.
Yes. Each product page lists ingredients and allergen information. Kibbeh contains gluten and walnuts; the standard vine-leaf recipe contains no gluten or dairy. Our home kitchen cannot completely eliminate cross-contact. Please contact us before ordering if you have a serious food allergy.
Both are possible. Raw pieces are separated and ready for freezing. Fried orders are cooked close to delivery time. Tell us which you prefer.
To a limited extent, yes. We can omit walnuts from kibbeh and discuss preferences such as spice level. For allergies, please note that walnuts are used in the same kitchen.
Delivery
We are based in Küçükçekmece and deliver locally, especially to Halkalı, Sefaköy and Atakent. Depending on orders, we may also cover Avcılar, Başakşehir, Bağcılar and Bahçelievler. Send your address so we can confirm delivery for that day.
We agree on a time window. For vine leaves in olive oil, we also plan the day so the product has rested. We offer a realistic window rather than an exact arrival time.
Shipping
Out-of-town shipping and cold-chain service have not started yet. Send your city and desired product on WhatsApp to ask about the current status.
Shipping is not yet active, so we do not quote transit times. When it starts, we’ll clearly share packing, dispatch days and estimated delivery times here.
Group orders
Yes, for gatherings, mevlit, engagements, birthdays and business meetings. Larger orders need more preparation time. Send the guest count and date and we’ll also help plan quantities.
A starting point is 3–4 kibbeh per person for a main meal, or 2–3 as refreshments. For vine leaves as meze, allow 4–5 per person. These are experience-based suggestions; tell us about your table and we’ll refine them.
